Refund and Returns Policy

Returns must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Refunds take 7-14 business days to be processed after your item has been received. All items must be undamaged and in the same condition as received. Please note that international orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges. 

Once your return request is submitted, you will receive a prepaid shipping label.  

  • Items must be returned in original packaging. 
  • If items are returned and are found to be damaged or not in their original condition, you will receive a partial refund or no refund at all.  

IMPORTANT: 

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. 
  • Returns must be received at our warehouse within 15 days of the date of delivery. 
  • We are unable to offer exchanges at this time. 
  • Shipping fees will not be refunded.  
  • International orders are not eligible to be returned or exchanged. 
  • We are not responsible for packages once they leave our warehouse.
